Actually, I do believe you are obliged to obey a government. That's more or less what they're there for. If you don't want to obey a particular government you may move to another country where you will become obliged to their government.

As Socrates argued to Crito: by remaining within a country you enter into an implied social contract that you will abide by the laws of the state. It is by the laws of the state that you exist, for if they were not then you would not have been born. It is vastly immoral that you would try to overthrow that which has, in essence, created you.
