i dont get it drop down bar??? these r nubs details they need details!

Yes, yes it does. But not spam, that will get you infractioned, banned, or your posts will be deleted and you will have to start over.
EDIT: mr.mcstick, the dropdown bar I think you are reffering to is "file"
EDIT:
When you are saving the animation, you see underneath where you type the title it says .piv? Click the arrow on the side of that bar and then click .gif.

You can upload .gif, .piv, and .stk if you want.


However, so can filecram...

Did you even read the tutorial? YOu don't need 20 posts unless you're posting nothing but a URL. If you press the button or put on the end, you can post your animated GIF without 20 posts.
