*If you are bitten, you WILL turn into a zombie (unless the bitten body part is removed within a minute) within 24 hours, sometimes less depending on how powerful your immune system is.

* The zombies can only be killed by taking out the brain, even decapitation won't work, the body would fall but the head would still be chomping away. The zombie must suffer some form of brain trauma.

* Zombies are slow (About a foot ever second, and extremely unintelligent.

* Reanimation can occur anywhere from minutes to hours after death by zombie bite, depending on the strength of one's immune system. Someone with AIDS will change in only a minute or so.

* Zombies will attack and try to feed on humans and other animals, such as horses. Animals do not appear to reanimate as zombies, judging by crows often depicted with the masses, that do not attack fresh flesh. However, they will always, without exception, attack a detected human first, even if the human is in a bank vault and the animal is tied to a pole right in front of the zombie.

* Zombies are slow, and lack the coordination to jump or climb. However, if enough zombies gather, the mass of zombies pulling each other down will form a makeshift "zombie-ramp" over which other zombies can climb.

* Zombies don't really need their organs other than their brains. They can survive severe damage and decomposition. This means that explosives are very ineffective weapons, as the goal of killin a person with explosives is the hope that vital organs, like the heart, lungs, and arms and legs, will be damaged, but since zombies don't need these body parts, they will still remain alive, even mobile if they have a relatively intact arm or leg.

* Though zombies consume the flesh of their victims, they can function without eating for prolonged periods of time.

* Zombies can survive being frozen solid.

* Zombies are attracted by sound. Gunshots or moaning will draw them.

*Zombie decomposition takes about 5-15 years, depending on heat and humidity.

Ash, dead people can't be brought back as zombies, because their circulatory system, no longer functions, and the disease/virus can't spread through their bodies. Also, for people who will say "Lol l4d zomehz run fst" They move as fast as extremely sick people.
