I don't like the little white dot in the middle of his head. I think the movements are ok but there wasn't much there. The legs almost don't move and there's no real opportunity for easing. I think on the letters falling it should have been eased a bit more, especially seeing as that was the only part of the animation that you could have shown it.

Shrink it and put it in your avatar anyway - it makes you look less noobish and more newbie (which is an improvement).

The dot is because he made the figure wrong.

A bit stiff and choppy. It needs more (better) easing.
