Yeah. I'm actually pretty abusive to my livers, but since theres to of them, it shouldn't do too much harm.

It works for me. I used to stay in bed for 3 hours trying to sleep.

I have this problem aswell. Although alcohol helps somewhat.

Tried prozac?

In fact, why not mix alcohol and prozac? That way you're in a good mood and unconcious, which is really the way life is meant to be led.
