It was an exhibition match. As in it was not a real fight, it was mainly to showcase the two fighters or just to demonstrate different Muay Thai techniques.

Ive never watched much Muay Thai, so do real fights often get like that?

No, not really. Occasionally they will pull off some flashy kicks or elbows, but in general it's a kickboxing match and they don't want to take huge risks like that because it could open them up to being knocked out.
Here's a really good Muay Thai fight if you want to watch one. You don't have to watch the whole thing, but it's pretty entertaining.

Buying my ticket ot 105 on the 14th :D
Little nog's ufc debut.
Bisping vs Denis Kang
And the ultimate fighter guys like Ross Pearson and Andre Winner. DaMarques johnson is fighting as well, he is an absolute cunt.
Apparently, Anderson was going to fight but he's having knee surgery :( I would of loved to see Silva fight.

How much did you get your ticket? I'm thinking of buying one, watching an event live would be insane

£40 quid is the cheapest ticket, floor seats are £100
Heard rumours that Forrest or Luiz Cane were fighting Little nog as the main event.

Cool stuff, but I feel like you guys are getting shafted unless they announce a big main event. It was originally going to be Penn vs Sanchez but they moved it to a different date.
Also I've still never been to a live event. The worst part is that I live like 20 minutes away from San Jose, which is where almost all of the Strikeforce events are.

Ticket master.
£150 is for front row seats, tickets aren't on sale or being advertised until the 14th of september though.
I went on the site you're talking about and there buying tickets from ticketmaster and selling them.
Yeah, StrunG, the only reason that got moved was because Anderson wanted to fight then pulled out :(

I have practiced Judo for years. Started when I was seven. I also learn from the Tao of Jeet Kune Do, and am currently reading it thoroughly - among other books by Bruce Lee.

Can't wait for the new season. I usually don't get excited for The Ultimate Fighter, and last season was lacking a lot of talent, but this one is going to be awesome. A lot of up-and-comers, former NFL players, Kimbo Slice (lol), and some veterans with pretty impressive records.
For my early predictions, I'm picking Roy Nelson and Brendan Schaub to make it to the finals.
