Yes and no on the whole fat = lazy thing
I am a big guy 6.5 and a wide sholders, i used to weigh around 19 - 20 stone, not becuse i was lazy and did not do exersize. I walk around 5 miles a day and work on a farm 5 days a week i also play ruby twice a week so I am not sitting around all day.
Altho i did all this exercise i was not loosing weight, i talked to a friend of mine who is a doctor, he suggested i got a test to see what my motabalisum was like, I did this and found i had a very slow motabalisum, i quite alot of the time would not eat any brekfast becuse of this i was not waking my body up untill lunch so i was not burning any fat, it made me tired and well..... fat
I have been eating normaly but now having brekfast for 2 years and i have lost 6 stone now wighting around 15 -16 which is about right for my size.
