Dymaxion Sleep pattern motherfuckers. 9 hours of healthy sleep is for pussies. Instead, I'm going to be taking 30 minute naps every 6 hours, which maths out to about 2 hours of sleep a day. This sleep pattern is way better and healthier than the normal one, and I base this claim off of absolutely nothing.
Now I'm sure you're probably thinking "But Dinomut, why do this if there are no inherent benefits and potentially huge consequences???" My answer:

Cavemen slept like that. Sleeping at night is actually unnatural, as they would have taken naps throughout the day. You're gonna have to train yourself into sleeping like this, which may take several weeks.
