Pressure points don't seem to be very effective on me.

i will assume you are referring to the typical press on the point next to the throat behind the collar bone which is always instead done incorrectly on the muscle that you use to shrug your shoulders

everybody sucks at that because they don't actually know what they are doing, they just saw somebody else do it one time (and they were probably doing it incorrectly there too)

well if you do it incorrectly whether it will be effective or not depends on how manly the victim is

the red arrows indicate the pinch that most people usually do; this only hurts because you are squeezing a muscle, not because it is a pressure point. this is sort of like squeezing someone's hand; it only hurts when you squeeze enough, (amount required depending on the person).

the green arrow is where the pressure point actually is. feel around above your collarbone and between it and the muscles around the base of your neck, it should be a sort of pit between them. the pressure point is a small, stiff, lump in this pit. if you press on this, you should be able to feel the difference to the garbage other people do (the red arrows)
