whatever you do really do not get vista; im not sure if this has been established already or what but dont get that shit ****ing vista. i would totally change operating systems but its way to complicated for me to do

At no point did I ever say that people upgrade for the looks. All I said was that if you like the look of 7, just get a theme.

The only positive thing about Vista is that I have a serial for it, but Windows 7 seems to run pretty smoothly (Ive installed it a few days ago, got the license and stuff) and yeah, it works, you dont have to care about the drivers (in Vista I didnt manage to install the ATI mobility radeon HD 3470 drivers, I tried a lot of ways and Windows 7 downloaded it itself) games are running smoothly, but Flash has to run in the "classic mode" so theres a black screen for a while (1-2 sec) when Flash's starting, it also works great with Maya, the interface is nice, windows areo is really fast and I really like it. If you're wondering which one you should pick up, go fod Windows 7 !
