yeah i wasn't gonna get it till a friend told me he got it and let me borrow it. the knifes, spec ops, and how you can move around much more freely are pretty much the only reason I'm getting it.

the long ass time it takes to get a game compared to cod4, the ****ing campers everywhere and the maps kinda suck.

Call of duty: Modern Warfare 2 is very addicting. Trust me, it will make you play for 8 hours straight without even knowing your having too much fun that time fly's when your having fun.

I've been using nearly only tactical knife and throwing knives... i use my revolver occasionally if i'm out of throwing knives and my target's too far away to stab before i die

I know a lot of people will disagree with me here but I prefere modern warfare 1. For several reasons.
1. I think the campaign is not only more believable, but more epic.
2. I don't like the heartbeat sensor. It's just so unreliable.
3. quite often you'll walk down a street and get capped by some sniper on top of a building. Now I'm not saying that doesn't happen on the first one but on MW2 it just seems to happen to me all the time.

and finally, MW1 has a character with, by far, THE awsome mustache in existance! (you know who I'm talking about). Eat your heart out chuck norris!

CoD4 > MW2. Sure, MW2 has more shit, but it's nowhere near as enjoyable, and CoD4 had a lot of doubt from the CoD Fans, as it was hitting Modern combat. It's had it's day, though.
HBS are for ****ing faggots. Only time they're acceptable is on a sniper rifle, since you're at an obvious dis-advantage in CQB. People that put them on Assault Rifles can suck a dick and get the **** off the game if they're too ****ing scared of footsteps and don't understand the concept of the Mini-map on the HUD. What a stupid ****ing addition to a game.

Anyway, I must say since the patches this game has become a lot more enjoyable. Sure, I still don't think it deserves to be considered GoTY by so many, but It's nowhere near as bad now. I find it playable.

I am not the biggest fan of MW2 because you get shot 3 times on normal and you die. I can barely finish this british mission even thoughI kill everyone, I will somehow get shot by a sniper out of the blue 2 times and die. It is a good game though.

MW2 is the most overrated game I have ever seen.

i put a heartbeat sensor on my assault rifle when i play it at friends' houses. if you know where the enemy is, you have a huge advantage.

i also don't get why people get mad at campers. its just a way to play the game. also i don't camp, its boring to me.

Really? If you have an ever-lasting UAV attached to the side of your gun you're at an advantage?
It forces you in to the habit of sitting around waiting for people. That shit doesn't even exist, it's just ****ing stupid.

People get mad at camping because it's a cheap tactic. On a game like this, you shouldn't sit in a ****ing corner. Campers are easily beaten, though. It's just annoying to come across one.
