Make some sort of loud noise, open the window to signify your leaving, hide back under the bed, and wait for the guy to come down. THEN you shoot him.

Deciding you are a badass, you open the window, and hide under your bed in hopes that the second madman will return from the roof. A minute passes by, and the madman sees that his partner is dead. But instead of coming down, he signals for more backup. He then runs over to the edge to see when his backup is going to arrive. Great.

Unless you follow my master-plan unquestioningly, that is. Silently climb up the ladder. If you can, creep up to the guy and push him off the roof. If not, just shoot the bugger. Then use the knife from before to cut the cord that you pulled a while back. Now climb onto the roof and pull the ladder up after you and shut the hatch. Now pray.

whatever that doesnt matter, i vouch that you shouldnt even try to push him out the window and that you should just silently creep up the ladder, but try and pull up the ladder and lock it from the roof but not if its too risky

I still think you should close the hatch and leave that ****er to die.

close that latch and make a run for the front door, open it and look around for your next move.
