So me and other members have been talking and we thought that it would be a neat idea for stickpage to have a chatroom of some sort. And no I don't mean all these other chats that all these veteran members have been passing around (which surprisingly I haven't heard of. Oh well it must be an opinion thing.) Not sure if we can really do this or not, but we were just hoping that this thread might get noticed and that other members might support this. That way maybe an admin could notice (although as we all know no admins really don't pay that much attention to this site.)

Of course however if there were to be a chat, limitations would be in order. Of course you'd have to be a member of the forums. You probably would have to have a higher post count than 100. I'm not sure exactly. Let's toss some ideas around and see what we can come up with. And hell for all we know, this might actually happen.

Im for it. I know of a few forums with chat rooms, even though nobody ever uses them.

Please let this idea through, it would make chating so much smoother and faster bit so we can move on faster ^o^. See lots of good things.

I'm cool with this idea, but perhaps you should have at least 500 posts to chat. If only there was some sort of test we could make that would sift out all of the dumbshits.

Well I've been noticing recently that all the people who have meaningless posts and accounts haven't had reached the number 100. Rarely do they go over that limit. And by 100 they've at least learned to be less meaningless.

And there's plenty of members who are worthy of being allowed into the chat with under 500 or 200 for that matter. People such as Ashlander, alive, sonoya, floydyboy, etc.

Maybe we could have a mod watching it 24 hours a day. That could work.

I say we lower it to 215 post requirment.

Yeah, 200 sounds good. Now, I know most people by that point are perhaps decent, but there are those few that get even worse once they reach that point, Namely some of those people down in the pivot section that never improve and all that junk... no offense to anyone who is actually skilled at pivot.

We function well enough without it, it would make it real easy to never need to post.

I just had a thought. If this were to go through, the chat thread's activity would decrease big time.

We might as well replace the chat thread if we get a chat room.

And the minimum should be 270 posts.
