The body and head need to be synchronised with the legs on the second one, but beside that I liked it. Kinda looked lazy covering up the joints with the shield though.

whenever the legs are most perpendicular to the ground everything is higher. It's a really basic thing about walk cycles. Everything goes up when the legs are the upmost. You have 1 head bob on every 2 strides when it's supposed to be every one stride.
Overall not bad. Just redraw everything more instead of tweening.

he needs more weight,
on one of the feet when he's walking his heel snaps back but you can fix that with a frame or 2,
the other one looks too slow and smooth,
back of the neck look strange,
you need to fix his head nod,
his arms look kinda stiff
haven't cc'd or flashed in god knows how long so i tried eh?
