All of you FA members that want to be mods seem to just want to be mods for the hell of it. You guys know that if stone thought you were a good mod he would most likely have approached you earlier. Being a mod isn't as easy as you guys think, it's friggin difficult especially right now when our new community is tender.

yeah i enjoyed easytoon for a good couple of months or so, and whenever a quality one gets posted i'm always glad to see it. easytoon animations are like that dying breed of good music that occasionally gets exposed to the public, but will only have a strong following underground

You have a nice point that may be true but there some that can handle it so let the one with the most experience be the mods they can teach lead the rest to be better suited if they choose anyone.

We know the members? All ten of them?
Face the music, as an animation forum we were dead, and the only people being proposed into moderation are those that hung out in the general sections. Zed is the most recent moderator we had who actually animated.
Of course we did have some moderators who were artists and created music, but it doesn't seem as fitting.
I would much rather see the FA moderators and admins of old being reinstated here. They were much more professional than the ones we have had. Other than Zed, he was cool.

I'm looking forward to the change over. Perhaps I will get back into animation and post more of my work.
I just couldn't stay focused everytime I would try to switch over to the FA community. Too much going on sometimes and stickpage was too familiar to me I suppose.

Well hopefully I can try to get a collab started here to try and merge in the animators of SP (the few) with the animators of FA. Would anyone be game for that?

So the merge has succeeded.
Stone and Jeff have become admins.
New mods will be joining from FA.
And new/old mods will be taking stand here from SP.

I honestly like Zed Index and Cook as mods. Though not too experienced on this site, from my first day Zed Index and Cook are definitely in my votes.
As for transfer mods. I believe that the mods from FA would be okay in the merge to become mods here. And i will be applying for a mod spot as well.

But overall i am happy to be apart of stickpage, and you guys are active enough to where i want to come on the site every single day just like on fluidanims.

I have a problem with that, good sir. Captain Cook was never a mod before, and I was. I was just demoted due to the hacking of Stickpage. I think that I should be the other 'stickpage' mod, along with Index.

Yeah, this isn't the time to promote people to new mods rather than reinstate the old ones. The most active old mods should be given their positions back, which I think would be Devour and I. I don't know how active Zed plans to be; the last time he claimed to be "back", he ended up just leaving again very shortly thereafter.

We're gonna keep things how they are just at this moment for a bit here until people get a bit more comfortable. Soon I'll put out a mod application thread and I will be HEAVILY considering adding back those whom were in charge. Just gotta get to know them a bit is all, no worries :)
