Also, just because FA was made as a result of stone seeing SP, doesn't mean a merger makes it stay as SP. FA and SP are both indepedent sites. That's like saying since Facebook was made after Myspace, Facebook is just Myspace.

Your analogy of Facebook and Myspace doesn't work, because the owner of Myspace never merged with Facebook. The users just switched to Facebook, but here FA is merging, and FA(if I'm correct)will disappear with this merge.

I don't understand why FluidAnims doesn't even have an announcement on the front page about the merge. Nothing. It's like it's not even a big event. When is something going to happen? When do we get a portal?

I was using that as an analogy but not pertaining to the merge. Its basically like saying since Stickpage came first, Fluidanims isn't a real site.

Just because Stickpage came first, and Fluidanims is now merging with Stickpage, doesn't mean it's "just SP". There are members from a community over at FA, who are unique, and awesome.

because it is a sticky in the very active forums (or the forums which used to be very active until the merge came) + IRC where the biggest part of the community was

Hi there, and thanks for the warm welcome. I'm looking forward to my time here at Stickpage. It's a very prestigious place, and I'm a privilege to be a part of it, even if I am only a writer.

Why do crazyjay and the saw have so little post count? Shouldn't they be really more active? Then again im new here from FA and I'm glad to come on over.
And Stone, thank God you came too. I too am very interested in the tutorial hosting. I feel there should be leads more tutorials and some more intermediate/advanced type tutorials for better animators. Not just basics.

Hope this all works out well. My name is from 4 years ago when I just joined Sp, It's horrible.

ive been adjusting here for a bit now and i gotta admit i was crazy confused with how it all worked at first but now i feel as at home as mah gmas house! :D
