Mein favourite is without a doubt Viking Blue...sometimes known as Danish Blue...



Its got a bite to it that while a bit "hmmmm " at the begining is softened very well by the application of a good Shiraz....

My next love is Southern Blue..very soft...



Suited best to a warm summers day...taken best with a nice chilled Rosé shiraz... (the pink wine) ...

I don't know why so many people dislike blue cheeses. They're all pretty awesome.

I like blue cheese in salads, or with crackers. It's too strong by itself.

I can make the best grilled cheese in the world. They're quick, easy, cheap, delicious and made of stuff that doesn't spoil quickly, which are pretty much the most important things to consider when you first move out. Since I don't much like ramen I basically lived off them, and I still make them about 3 times a week. Got that shit down to a science pretty fast.

Almost everything that is blue is awesome. That discludes suffocating people and includes cheese.

Omg...I eat anything with cheese. I'm specifically making Mexican food tonight cause I was craving cheese. The timing on seeing this thread is impeccable. Goddammit I need some cheese right now. Holy shit. I need it.
