Darker than Black had a pretty bad ending in my opinion..Anyways, the anime that are 'MUST WATCH' (probably you guys already watched most of 'em) in my opinion are - DBZ ofcourse (GT kinda lacked, but still it was pretty good), One Piece, Code Geass,Death Note (increadibly amazing manga, I haven't watched the anime, but the manga man it was amazing!),Fullmetal alchemist:brotherhood (this is the one which actually followed the manga),Naruto Shippuuden is pretty good if you are into deep story with alot of fillers..(f** you Kishimoto),Sword art online,InuYasha, Avatar the last airbender ofc..Soul Eater is pretty good too,Rurouni Kenshin, attack on titan.. etc. There tons and tons of good animes, if you want animes that will fill your needs then you need to give us more details of what you prefer.

Hey now, sword art online is acceptable. It's pretty good at some parts, in my opinion. The animation rocks my socks off.

Though the first season ends prematurely and the second season fizzles, because the first season had much higher stakes. So the writing was a bit sloppy.
