Oh. I thought it was gonna be like Madoka with Zombies or something.

And I thought you already gave up on Jojo. That shounen is the best. I could make a top 10 or 20 wtf things I love in Jojo.

Oh yeah sure, everyone watches it now because the anime got popular

plebes

*I'm not saying I'm a hipster for liking it, but that I've been getting people to read it for years and people dismiss it because it's so goshdarn long. But now that the anime is out nobody minds wtf

Manga and Anime are the same thing but for different people, I suppose. I am mostly a manga reader and my friend is more anime. Whenever I say that the anime is so far behind, and recommend he read the manga, he'd just say he'd wait and be patient because its tiring to read through text. [When its practically the same with reading subtitles.]

Exactly. Not to mention, the manga is easier to read and take anywhere. And the anime-less mangas are really good. Or bad (Gamble Fish).

You should check out Alive.

I'm sure you've read Uzumaki? Try it.

I forget the floating balloons with people's faces that strangle people. Appearing out of nowhere.

Mainstream shit plebe. I've read all the Junji Ito stuff and more.

If you want shitbrix horror go read Fuan No Tane. Then there's Ibitsu, Fourteen, Mahou Shoujo of the End, Mahou Shoujo Site, Parasyte, I Am a Hero, Green Worldz, and School Mermaid

yeah that balloon short story was fucked up

Never thought it was mainstream. Just stumbled on it xD

I'll try the others and Alive.

They were all random mangas I decided to read that just came one after the other so the titles just fly by my mind. Another was with this giant planet sized alien came to consume the Earth.

Hellstar Remina is nice. In general, Junji Ito covers most of the Internet gotos for "manga horror".

Oh and there's also Hohzuki Island, which I feel is real horror and shows that it's how you tell the story that makes it work. It's only a few chapters so you should check it out. Without spoiling much, the manga plays on all your preconceived notions of horror to make it work, much like that game Gone Home. Alot of people hate the manga as a result but they just don't understand this principle concept.

Hey Raptor, did you ever read Recca No Honoo? It's from that guy who made MAR and Mixim.

I always thought it was superior to Yu Yu Hakusho. Like a pepsi to its coke.
