Question. It's been some time since I last saw it, but would you call the cast of Cowboy Bebop to be round and dynamic?

I'd say yeah, the characters were pretty complex and their interaction with each other was enjoyable to watch, but it has been a while for me too and I was mostly bored by it when I was watching it :/

PS if you get the summation of 1 to 100 you get 5050

It's been years since I watched cowboy bebop, but if my memory serves, dynamic would describe that cast of characters perfectly

I loved cowboy bebop, and it wasn't that long ago since I saw it. The characters were definitely dynamic and memorable.

DNAngels
Kaichou wa Maid-sama
Himouto Umaru Chan(Trust me)
Oreimo(Truuust me)
Black Bullet (Just do it)

Why would you recommend these to anyone?

i think i'm on ep 21 or 20 for cowboy bepop (I haven't finished the series lol) Though it's been a while since i last watched it so i'm gonna start on ep-18. Unfortunately the ending for cowboy-bebop has been some-what spoiled

If you get spoiled for cowboy bebop at this point you can't really be mad, it's been out for a decade and a half

That's agreeable. Though right now i finally got to watching Durarara and i like it so far (on episode 18). Around the end of june i had finished both season of DTB and they were pretty confusing. (I think raptor and someone else had a short convo about it a while ago)

Scarecrow and Raptor had a short conversation about it a while back yeah. The general consensus is that season one of DTB was good and the second half was... less good

Here's the thing about Cowboy Bebop if iirc: it definitely has round characters, but would they be dynamic? Dynamic implies that the character goes through (significant) development over the course the story, but the only character I think this really explicitly applies to in Cowboy Bebop is Faye. Would you guys say the cast goes through more subtle development or that Cowboy Bebop goes more towards an odyssey-like adventure? This isn't me trying to discredit anything from the characters by the way; I do think one of Cowboy Bebop's strongest points is its characters.

Just wanted to give it some thought and look at character development from a different angle.

I thought dynamic meant they each had endearing interaction with each other.

I don't think they themselves developed, though. I think nothing much about them really changed towards the end, but it's the audience's view of them that changed. Like, we got to know them better. I guess what I'm saying is that yeah I think they're round but not dynamic lol.

That's sort of what I was thinking.

Spike speigel and jet both live in the past. They aren't supposed to be dynamic per say.
