yeah bro you should only post things with a link to an animation! this could go in general discussion! but i animate body first :) head on a seperate layer!

I do either two things, depending on the speed.

I either draw the whole body first, starting with the head or animate the head first and add in the body later. :)

I draw the body first and then add the head later.

I animate body first, but not the regular way, the way people animate head first. I really can't explain better than that, but yeah. Anyway, you should bring this to GD

try all of em and see which one suits u best. i did body first for a while, then i realized my style just fit head and body at the same time. its really just based on wut ur personal preference is.

depends on the action i'm animating; for a walk/run i'd do:
legs first, then arms, then torso, then head

but for a punch chain i'd probably do the arms first, then the legs, re-adjust the positioning of the arms according to the legs, then do the torso and head
