what is the most used or best FPS do you guys use or know?

24 is most used by animators, some use 30, and 18. I recommend 24.

i reccomend 1 fps. joke! start w/ 18 and when u master it, go for 24 for smoother one

from what i remember 24 fps is the rate that the eye works at so it's the most pleasing to look at, but i'm not really an animator any more so that might be questionable

i think you should try 24 or 30 fps first. Once that is mastered, you can stay at you can see which is better for you

24 or 30 is what most people use. I suggest getting used to 30 since it looks much smoother then 24, even though it's 6 frames more (trick of the eyes). Also web players like YouTube run at 30 fps, so it would display better if you were to put it on there. Lastly, our eyes see 30 fps, so it just looks better on your eyes, which goes back to my first reason, it looks smoother and that's one of the reasons why.

12, 16, 18, 24, 25, 30

those are basically the used ones.

all the others are just like, some freestylin you do just to test the fps thingy.

45 is where it's at.

Yeah these aren't true, our eyes don't work in terms of frames per second.

The eye can describe things moving with 24 different frames per second as motion.

If you are going for a more "Filmy" look, then you want 24p. If you want more of a "soap opera/reality show" look, then you want 30i or 60i.

I use 18fps (except for collaborations). Most animators use 24. Terkoiz uses 30. It's your choice.
