How about adding more God-Killers in this, two doesn't seem very fair. Let's add Spawn from... well...umm... Spawn XD and Dante from DMC. In truth, I don't know if Nero is more powerful than Dante so DMC fans should decide.
Also Dante Alighieri from Dante's Inferno and maybe the guy from The Darkness 2, forgot his name.
Just suggestions though.
