Ohh so that was the sound of Obsidian Destroyer in Dota 2 (a.k.a Outworld Destroyer) and yeah Nevermore voice sounds a little bit gay on the dota 2 but in dota 1, his voice is really creepy and cool, http://www.playdota.com/heroes/shadow-fiend

This actually may be my favorite RHG character. I would love to battle him sometime. I bet it'd make a pretty interesting match.
