It should be set up after Lobo's event [which I will blatantly advertise for him since he won't].
Join in guys. There's just four of us in his tourney.

I'm too busy for tournaments. As is, I'm still in part one of my battle against Crank. >.> Hopefully, I can get more of it finished soon.

When I get my flash capabilities back, then yeah. Though it would be similar to the siggie me and Chamel have. So, if that's cool for you then it is.

Hiya dearies~! I was just wondering what everyone would think if I sort of edit Sacred's WRHG rules, mostly focusing on the WRHG format.
It's been in my mind for a while now, but I'm sure people here have been noticing constant trends of like the "human" weakness thing, which I myself has also unfortunately fallen into (but that'll be changed soon).
What I'm trying to say is what would people think if I sort of made a more in depth sort of guide to making a WRHG? Would it be better? Or just a waste of time? If it's good anyone have any suggestions on what to put in it?

I think it would be better. For one, it would lessen the comments that point out some details that recur among new gladiators.

Ooh! ooh! How about Hewitt's advice on power creativity and battle portrayal?

It can be applied to both written and animated gladiators.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, I have to reconsider my approach to my current RHG battle (vs Rokon's Ashige)
EDIT2: I swear someone put these nuggets of advice in the hall of fame or something.

Hrm... I may plan to create an event or 2 later, should I got the chance to plan them out. One is an RP, and another, Choose-your-adventure story.

I think that if they're superpowered humans, it wouldn't work to calm that a weakness. Because they're not truly human anymore, they're something more. If it's just a skilled fighter or somebody with a good weapon who knows how to use it, they're still just a squishy human with no true power.
It's a variant thing, really.

I wish I could. They'll have to settle for my notepad.

I think it'd be a great idea to revamp the format! I always feel weird linking examples of other people because I feel like it'd show someone I could intentionally, well, not show, so that'd help out a lot!
I would prefer to keep "human" from being illegal though so to speak, but even if it is just a running gag

Characters are assumed to be human unless stated otherwise. If your person varies from a human in some way, it'll say in the abilities or physical description. If it is mentioned that it is so varied that it is clearly not human, then we know that the weaknesses of a human need not fully apply to it.
Take my character. It's a monster. The only human-like things about it are the uncanny-valley face and the fact that it carries a human facade, walking on two legs, with two arms and a faux ribcage, even though in reality it's just an arm clusterfuck.
Take Luna's characters for example. Within Rhami's abilities, it is not outright said she is human, but it is not said that she isn't human either. It isn't mentioned. You read it, you see she carries and uses a bow, wears a turtle-neck T-shirt, pretty much human traits. Anyone with an IQ hitting double digits can assume that she's human. And, since the physical description doesn't include any sort of armour, if you were to puncture her with a knife, she'll bleed and be in a lot of pain. Don't need to be a genius to figure that out.
But in Astor's abilities, it is said straight off the bat that he's a shape-shifter who favours being a Gyrfalcon. But, in the weaknesses, it also says he carries the weaknesses of the forms he takes. If you add a special power, you balance it out with a special weakness related to the power. Adding the "being human" weakness is just filler to the list and calling whoever reads it an idiot.
