Hey. I'm new, but I have a question....
My cousin and I are best of buddies, and we came up with a character team. I saw that other people here have a team of chars as well. Would it be possible for two people to share a character team, though? We would always write together, work together, and only have a single char page. On that Hall (leaderboard) we could even be posted together, since our wins (and losses) would be shared. Would this be allowed?

Hey guys: Interest Gauge.
Would anyone be interested in a Single-Strike Tournament? That is, it's your average tourney, but the deadlines are 2-3 days long and the actual matches take 5-30 minutes.
I don't know how active this place is so i don't realy know how many people look in here. But if I get at least 5 people to Yes on this, I'll go ahead and make the threads.

Yes, anything for Hewwy-senpai.
As long as it doesn't take place in the midst of finals, I'm in.

That's 1. Anyone else?
I'll try to keep things minimalist/simple. Unlike all my previous events where there was some kind of gimmick involved and those mattered alot. If there are fewer participants it'll be a round robin. If we get the requisite 8 it'll be double elimination tourney. If we get more than that it'll be a trad tourney with maybe a loser's bracket. Depends really.

Intriguing.
But, I need to know when it'll begin, between me making a new character and challenging Vern, I don't really have a grand amount of time right now. If it's say, 3 weeks or more in the future I could easily join. Otherwise? Not really.

I don't know what you're talking about, because the point of the tourney is to get flash fiction out without having to mull over it. You do get to edit, but you can't make grand masterpieces that are a week's worth. If you dont have time for it, then so will the opponent. It is literally Friday Funk in tournament form and it's only 2-3 days because timezones. Realistically, it ought to just be an hour to a day and a half. The rounds will be in short bursts of mayhem and is more focused in bringing out potential for the crafting of individual paragraphs rather than the plot of a many.
The tourney opens as soon as I have interest gauged. It starts as soon as I get the requisite number and no one else signs up. So give or take a span of 2 weeks on average.
