I'd ban anyone who oss 5 times. No questions id ban them. Not only would i ban them I'd ban their IP address. Make it public knowledge who has been banned and I'd have them all killed

The ip banned people can just change their ip and people with their ip will be banned without even doing anything.

Some people have the same IP
I was told I had the same IP of an excessive spammer a few years ago.

Too many people oos and something needs to be done about it in my opinion the majority are 2k+ players who can't mantian their rateing on skill and don't want to to accept a loss to a 1.6k-1.8k player

Oos is sometimes done unintentionally, though there are some people that can do it whenever they please. Report the person and hope for a ban.
