In my mind, the dead targeting has always been weird, especially if you don't carefully move your unit up and in front of the rest of your attacking army.

So someone got into my account and changed the password. What's worse is that the Forgot password machine isn't sending any emails, so CJ if you're reading this, at least fix that.

He probably changed your email too, that's why you aren't getting any emails.

Chat Maf aint no cakewalk to manage either. You'd need/want a bot to handle some of the automatic stuff. Because someone can vote and unvote on the fly, it's a bitch to keep track even if there are 6 players. Believe me, I've tried. Best bet for chat maf is to head on over to www.epicmafia.com and create a private room. But that is if everyone has the exact same free time.

He hasn't; I tried making my account with my existing email, and it says that email is already in use. This SHOULD be implying the hacker hasn't changed my email yet.

Have you checked your email? I mean, if you can log into your email, it means your acc should be recoverable.

Actually, 6 people seems like a pretty relaxed number. I find Chat Mafia more action/engaging than forum because everything is happening within the space of say half an hour for 1 night/day cycle. Votes don't tend to go flying one every 20 seconds like you seem to suggest in my experience. You should try host 9p or 11p chat mafia setups, those are a blast ;)

I've played Chat mafia in IRC before, I can agree with you. I'm just saying that as a guy who hosts a 6p maf on irc with NO bots, it can get real confusing to manually keep track of the votals that can change every 5 seconds.

There was this one Rated 5p basic game where I was the Cop. I accidentally thought the whisper button was something else and I broadcast my inno find on Day 1. Cue, the LOOOONGEST Day ever, it lasted 1 hour longer than it would have a normal basic game. The whole time I was playing along with the Maf who kept whispering to me how X is suspicious and no one else thought to PM with me while the chat was happening.

I just can't enjoy epicmafia just because of the way it organizes idk. It's just not my taste. But then again it's probably what you expect for a chat mafia.

A standard mafia with 8 people is generally what you should look for. Just have 2 mafia, 1 cop, 1 nurse, and the rest of the 3 be civis.

Chat mafia I've never done before but having it in IRC doesn't seem like it would be a drag. Just set a date, have a moderator who gives out roles in pm and vice versa when your role involves something important ("kill so and so" save so and so"), have a good amount of people show up and it can be smashed in 1 hour (or less depending on how the game goes). But still, that would be a best case scenario.

I think you missed the irony of my post, since like... there is no way I am slip... and it was so hilarious to Gais and I that someone would say I was that I figured it was even better to go along with the ridiculousness of it by posting in the forum.
