What is the relation between has a small ping and an admin chat? Admin definitely does not need small ping. For what? Even i has 2000 ping or even more, then?? Am i training people in global chat? No. Am i a referee at classic match or death match? no. Admin only need to click the spammer, the scammer's name, click "Chat Ban", and ban him depend on his fault. It is easy, but all we need is online all time in different time zone. So we can cover up 24hours chat. Lagger is not a problem to being an admin.

So i analyze buster321308219083219324230 account wins/losses ratio, and i conclude there is no a stupid 1,8k player who has 1,1k and he won with 1100-1200 player and lost with >1400 rating, if LVL9001, he wants to make -89232 rating in DM lol so he will surrender each DM.

Also, alternatemark can reach 2,3k in DM because he have played like 4000 times and he has same time zone like a lot of another players, so he will easily find an opponent than me, you know, i played 6 hours in my time zone, and only meet about 15 players with <1700 ratings in make me feel lazy to play.

If you make everyone admin is not easy, because there is some requirements to be an admin, first you must have a different time zone with another admins, if all time (24 hours) have been covered up, so SE does not need admins. Second, admin has to be a very experienced player, what is experienced player that i mean? Admin must prevent from scammer, ex when someone offering 6000 coins but need password, and there is stupid admin read and give him the password of his admin account, he is a totally stupid admin. Admin should not be an avengeful admin, because what? because if admin can easily get mad, he will ban 1 year player or if the admin lose with other player and lose so much rating, admin should not ban the playe rwho beat him, because global chat doesn't have relation with match or DM. It is like mystery do it to me, he banned all my account from chat just because i broke his win streak, and by the time, there is no chat in global, that is not SE's purpose to make a better global chat not stopping global chat. Third even admin has different time zone, very experienced player, he must online in his time zone that he said, and he must online as many as possible, because if you are admin then you don't come to se to monitoring the chat, for what SE add you as an admin?
