How do you go back to the default google chrome new tab layout?

So I don't know how this happened, but I might have downloaded something that must have made my default like this.
Anyone know how to revert it back?
EDIT: I tried to clear all of the history, no good.

View Profile Haven't seen that one before but it might be a theme,
so you could try goin into settings and click "Reset to default theme".

I think you might've pressed the f11 key, in IE9, it puts the browser in a similar way in IE9, so pressing f11 again and it might go back to normal.

On chrome that makes the browser go full-screen.

chrome://extensions
take another screencap and show it, I might be able to fix it.
