Quote from ExilementI'm just going to say this: I really don't want people trolling this, trying to help people out before I get a chance to. Not to sound arrogant, I'm not saying "THIS IS MY THREAD, GET THE HELL OUT AND STOP HELPING PEOPLE", but I don't want every animation posted here getting help from 5 people before I even get a chance to see it.
I'd prefer it if it was limited to me criticising the stick figure animations and Nikkatzu criticising the fullbody animations. I don't mind if you comment a few times on certain animations, if I left out something, but I don't want people to start making it a habit.
I'll post criticism on the animations posted so far in a second.
I only helped him because it was quite late and you werent on anymore. *leaves thread furrever*

That post wasn't directed towards anyone, I'm saying it for future reference, so it doesn't happen. If you want to help around, go ahead, just don't try to actively beat me to the punch every time.
@DA, try using guidelines. Draw a hairline where your stick's torso, neck and top of head are when you first draw it, then go off of that.

Wait I'm confused, I draw the hairline the whole animation then go over it in the end?

no
When you start an animation, draw a stick figure that's standing straight. Then create a new layer and draw hairlines where his legs meet his body, where his head meets his body, and the very top of his head. Then lock that layer and make it the top layer.
While you're animating, whenever you have a stick figure return to standing straight, go off those guidelines. Keep in mind that this is just a reference to the height of the stick figures and not to be followed with EVERY movement. Just when the stick is standing straight.
Hope that explains it.

I would say you're high beginner.
As for that animation, it's decent. The ground shouldn't be shaking when they run, though. I think it'd look better without.
Don't draw hands on your sticks either, it really doesn't look good.
Try moving the stick's arms when they run, too.
And ln3uq, go ahead.
sticky?
