I'll start off with the horns on the blade don't make sense, how circular horns on a flat blade could even fit there is beyond me.
Again, you need to work on gradients, as some of placements don't make any sense.

Honestly I don't like it...
1. Too extreme - there doesn't need to be EXTRA blades on the original blade. Two little scythes on the blade itself? Doesn't look right.
2. The metal "feathered part" looks too... elegant...? I don't what to call it, but it doesn't seem to fit right with the blade.
3. The lower blade. If it were a real scythe, the blade would be too close to the main one. I could see it being used for executions and maybe as a hidden blade that pops out with a push of a button, but it isn't necessary on the main detail. It's just too much.
4. The blade on top is out of place. It's tip should be used more for a spear weapon, not a scythe. It takes away from the actual image and is nowhere near the look of a scythe, even if it is an extra
5. The handle. If someone were to wield it, they would get their bloody hand cut off. There is no need for a flouncy handle if it is used to kill.

Most of these might be personal opinions, but listen to Bali and DiHydrox about the filters and what not.

all What You say about the lower blade, upper one and feather. I Used the lower blade to make it looks Like the jaws of the bird ! The upper one either belong to the bird. And the feather of course ! Well In Less words it's All About the theme !.

Like the previous Hammer ! I Added two Blade On It Sound Wierd But some how I Like I Hope you Get it all ! So How Much Can you rate this one ?

First of all - Too many threads from you with just weapons. Make a single weapon thread and update it regularly so everyone can see your progress or new ideas and all that. Plus it just kind of keeps the art section nice and tidy.

What I would like to see is a wooden and maybe traditional weapon. Make another scythe, but give it a wooden handle and just kind of mess around with it.

By too many filters, I meant the overuse of it throughout all of your weapons.
