These debates are useless since, like the consoles, faggots are going to defend whichever they own to make themselves seam superior.
But lets continue anyway. This shitty argument on mac software was true until the release of leopard. Microsoft gave apple the go-ahead for bootcamp and macs now run windows and OSX. PC still may not run OSX so macs now have all the windows software and mac software while PCs only have windows software. Now the big one, viruses. Macs DO get viruses but if anything sever is found either apple sends out a patch that is downloaded and installed or OSX boots up in an older version, pre-installed when you bought the computer, and tells you why it did then you fix it. Basicly, they don't give you the whole 'you have a ****ing virus' everytime you get one, only when its a serious problem. There's also something to do with the code type and structure of the operating systems. Then there's specs, right, to be honest they don't mean anything when comparing a mac and PC but do matter when its a PC and PC or mac and mac. I have one gig of RAM in my mac and 2 gig in my PC both have 256mb graphics and both have a 20" moniter, the PC has a dual 2.60GHz processor while the mac a dual 2.2GHz. The mac lags less when playing games or running multiple programes yet the PC has better specs. Why? I have no ****ing clue.
That's my input unless I find more.

They don't get viruses because no one makes them for macs.. Its not something you need to worry about at all.
