Quote from ExilementI spent more time sleeping and playing calculator games in my advanced physics classe than I spent on work, and I was still pulling 110% on most of my tests, if he gave enough extra credit. I also breezed through trig/pre-calc.
Almost all of my classes are considered "hard" and I've personally never struggled with any of them, except maybe chemistry.
Quote from ExilementOh, forgot one thing.
In high school, the teachers really start to respect their students, and are more relaxed around them, both in the way they talk to them and act around them.
Most of my teachers swear casually and I can think of at least 3 who have went to breakfast with a few students just for the hell of it.
Quote from LixuThanks for the hint.

Quote from SmashdoodAgreed.
Middle school sucks, high school is better, all of your peers will stop being insane lunatics because their hormones will calm down a bit. In turn, the same happens with the teachers. Teachers may not start giving respect back until your sophomore year, but you'll notice a difference. Lunch may be better or worse, but you'll probably have more options.
Also, ask around and see if the people in your highschool play cards on days before a holiday, it's a good thing to know. In my school we'd all bring cards and play Euchre the day before holidays (in SOME classes), and even more than that in my senior year.
