Bump because I'd like to see this implemented. After what goes on with edualze29 and the Equi incident (OOSing every lost for a perfect record), and recognizing over a dozen of those names who have done it with me, this should be in effect.

You can play hacked client vs hacked client and it will work. If you played hacked client against normal it will OOS and be annoying for those users. I will start IP banning OOS users soon.

Rating resets work just as well, but I understand using bans against repeat offenders. Shame, though.

I'm not sure if I understood you well... You're allowing me to use hacked clients if I'm fighting a hacker with the same values ? As long as the game doesn't OOS, I mean... We can use the modded things ?
Also I've got a lot of accs that have way too many OOS because of testing. Spare me from the IP ban please, I'll try my best to limit the OOS that occur during random games.
