Apparently OOS is more found on DM rather than ranked. My first few matches was exploited right away.

Yeah, I know that, but the thing is how can we suppose to rememebr every names of the players we faced? ALso, most of lower ranks focus on DM more, so OOS in DM is inevitable...

When 2 players are in a match, then OOS came...does it mean one of these players did OOS on purpose? Is it always so??? ...I dont think so...

No, its not always on purpose, but if it happens often with the same player and at convenient times, like when one player is losing badly, then people have reasonable suspicion.

Beware of this guy, Jon6464 an exploiter and also freezer 3 games against me consecutively. Im sure that some people also got that too
