I'm just gonna go ahead and say it.

I don't like Caitlyn, I think she's unfun to face. I'm not sure what it is, but she is played so much. She basically feeds herself with her ridiculously easy farming and it seems like she has an extremely easy time securing last hit kills.
I don't understand why she gets/needs an escape when Ashe/Vel'koz don't, she basically spends all lane blasting from a mile away. Even if you're good at dodging her skill shots, if the player is even marginally mediocre eventually they're going to hit you for easy damage. And if her support has cc and is decent, man, you're in for a world of pain. Especially if they're warding well, you're jungler will have a bitch of a time getting ganks. If she sees them coming, they're getting a flash at best.
Back to her stupid escape option, I really think it's something that could be changed on her for a more immersive ability. In addition to thinking that it's a little too much, it doesn't look right to me, how she can just fire her net off into empty space and launch herself backwards through the jungle. Or towards you. Seems to kind of defeat the purpose of a net shot, which is to ensnare a target.

But it's right up there in terms of riot logic with nidalee's spear. A thrown weapon that builds more force the farther it goes, but somehow has finite range.

Too be fair, I'm sure she's a lot easier to deal with when you have a support champ that has heals, strong shielding or both.

I'm gonna say that I'm actually rather enjoying playing as Ashe. It's a hassle to get set up in the early game, but when she's actually set with a boosted attack speed, she just shreds everything and they can't even get close.
