It's the best we're gonna get for the first round. Edit: Thanks, Smile. Forgot about the rule change.

Wait I think you guys should PM your votes.

Quote from devi
If I am a spy then I'm terrible at it. The point of being a spy is to ensure that people believe that you are a knight "The more guilty you look. The more innocent you actually are." Though the quote might not be 100% correct, but seriously, a spy's first priority is to ensure that everyone thinks that you are a knight. Thus allowing things to go smoothly for you and your team mates.

being a terrible spy still means you're a spy.

We should now discuss about who to bring to the next shrine, yeah? Because next is me.

Well we can't until we see the outcome of the mission. We need more ground to work and plan on otherwise we'll be all walking blindly and acting on instinct.

It could also be an elaborate double bluff. The only way to see if someone is truly a Knight or not is by seeing if they work towards the good of the team.

Do you approve or disapprove of Smile's team?

Oh fuck, yeah, we need to PM the approvals and disapprovals now.

EDIT: Btw guys, what was the logic we intended behind keep the voting a secret? Now we'll never know who stands where, right? Someone could easily pretend to be supporting a team and then fucking it behind our back?

Uhm, didn't we all agree that from now on Team Approvals would be done privately? You're suppose to PM me these things to prevent voter's bias. Don't bother PM-ing me if you've already voted here, as I'll just count that. But in the 2nd Shrine I'll be more strict.

Anyways. I'm now going to talk about Nish's actions for the last time. I was PM'd (you're free to say who you are if you wish) that my PM-ing of roles should've been strictly with the bad guys. Had I done that, maybe Nish wouldn't have done what he did. I want to clarify something right now and maybe this has already been said but whatever: What Nish did was okay. Posting screenies of your Role PMs is LEGAL. His mistake, was posting them before the game started. He had no idea the game wasn't starting yet and so he just went ahead and did it. This is what I said last time as well. What I didn't say, and had hoped would be left to interpretation is that what Nish did doesn't matter, and has in no way broken the game.

NOW I will explain why. But first I will also explain the significance of PM-ing Roles to EVERYONE good or bad: Simply put, its assurance that you're still active. You all know I keep in constant contact with you all so that I can replace you with benches or prod you and the game would be seamless. There have also been instances (in another forum, not here) where people ask me again what their role is. It was annoying, and since then I've been extra-organized with these things. I'm managing 10+ people for chrissake, cut me some slack. It's always worked for me for 6 games now and it will continue working.

And now I will explain why Nish's move was useless. First off, there's a reason why Role PM's are revealed to everyone...so that people can forge them. If they aren't forged, they could just oh i dont know ask ME to PM it to them if they wish. And I would oblige, because its part of the game. So even if Nish sandblasted everyone ahead of time that HE was the knight, that doesn't mean shit. It could just very well have come from me or my OP. Secondly, and as Gyohdon has pointed out, Nish has now basically implied that he is not the Seer. Make of that what you will.

I had hoped I wouldn't have to explain how not broken the rules are but there you go. Now just drop it already and play the game for real. But if it appeases everyone, then I will patch Rule#2 next time so that EVEN Role PMs cannot be posted in public.

That is the intention. The argument made previously was that people were just bandwagonning because they all saw that everyone was voting the same way. Anonymity prevents bias.

If we succeed, the 3 of us again and any random person.

If it fails, me and two other random people.

@Nish: We still get the list of who voted which way after the dis/approval so we'll know if anyone is secretly screwing us over.

@Devi: There are only two possibilities, so it's not too hard to plan for both. Like this:

@Ai: If it's a success, stick with the previous team. Otherwise you're massively increasing the odds that there'll be a spy.

If it's a failure then fuck. I was going to suggest using Gyohdon since he didn't want this team to go, which would be strange if he's a spy. Then I realised that it's Gyohdon. He could see that this was the team which was going, so by opposing it he'd look good for round two. Or maybe it just genuinely opposed it. I'd say leave Gyohdon out for now.

Since there is no point in not posting this due to that everyone thinks I am a spy and of course no one would ever think of me being the seer.
spoiler (Click to Show)

So there you guys frickin go.

and yes I do realize that means less people for the don to search for, but there's no point since everyone thinks I'm a spy AND no one would believe I'm the seer.

If this mission is a success, I think Ai, should nominate the 3 of us, and put you in too. If you're a Knight, then that mission will succeed too. If you're a spy, then I doubt your fellow spies would want you discredited so soon. I think we'll win both missions and put some real pressure.

I was expecting Ai to put himself in, unless he has a grander plan for which that would be a bad move.

Hey would you look at that. Nish is trying to get Zed in the next team as well.
I urge everyone to disapprove this team so we won't get caught up in the Nish's mind game from last time.

Also, would you people stop posting Knight PM's. Let's just say that Smile, Jellyfish, Nish and Devi ARE Knights. The spies know who the remaining two Knights are. Meaning their Don Gyoh now has a 50 fucking percent chance of still saving the game at the end.

If this shrine is a success then I'm cool with reusing Nish, Smile, and myself and anyone as the +1 but Devi. The reason I don't want Devi on the team is because if there is a Spy in the first shrine who doesn't fail the first shrine but does fail the second shrine, it would be very easy at this point to dump most of the suspicion on Devi much like how Golden had a huge amount of blame dumped on him last game. I think if anyone else goes in then all four players will be doubted, and we have a slightly higher chance of catching a Spy if they're there.

I'd probably be cool with that, that or sending you on the 5 people shrine that requires two spies to fail the mission.
