Every RHG is human unless otherwise stated. It's a general assumption. This also invites me to just fling your character at a wall and break her neck, killing the fight in four seconds flat.

If I said my guy had a gun but could only hold six shots, that wouldn't be a weakness because he'd still have a gun. It'd just be a power with a limit. Limits are different to weaknesses. A good weakness is like Superman's kyrptonite. My guy's weakness is light. Maybe have your character's powers halted by a certain element or thing, or maybe give her a point on her body where she cannot summon carbon at all, like an Achilles' heel.
