You know, I really think that some of our older members need some sort of recognition. I mean the ones who were around back before the reset, but maybe also the ones who were around a few months after. Ah, I guess that makes more sense. that's sort of what I wanted, I was just making a more specific criteria.

I was reading this thread and I had an idea to improve the portal.

It was: Members must be granted certain privileges (by a moderator or something), before they are able to submit animations to the portal. This way, we would
a) avoid the problems NTG outlined here, and
b) have only animations of decent quality on the portal, which, I believe, is good for business.

See, this is why we need that automated thread locking system. Some noob named stickless just came in and bumped a 5 month old thread about school. And his post wasn't very contributing anyway. Just some horrible grammar and whatnot.

Has Zulu reviewed the new suggestions yet? Maybe since Paperclip is online, he'll look over it like he did with the last batch.

The currently active users box looks like a ****ing multi-cultural meet with the amount of colours in it already.

Truly respected members need not the colour of ones name to show their respect, rather the reaction of those they meet.

It happens quite a few times. Usually when someone just joins the forums and realizes they need 20 posts to post URLs, they either go on a spam spree, or they go on a posting spree which results in them bumping really old threads.
