A ban suggestion can easily just be a PM

Back when setmin was spamming like ****, I PMed Paperclip about it, asking why he wasn't being punished for the shit he was doing, and he was banned pretty soon after.

They don't always respond but they usually read the PMs from what I can tell. But it'd be nice to get a response. Paperclip got my Off-Topic Forum suggestion, and he was discussing it with Zulu, and I didn't even know about it. Hell, I don't know what's going on with it now.

Then I guess they read this topic or someone sent them a PM with the suggestions?

Whilst reporting items, mostly spam, there's a 60-second waiting period in between reports. I think either that should be reduced OR there should be a way, like with quotes, to do a multi-report of some sort, espcially when someone joins the forums and spams all over the place.

I don't think you completely understand how reporting should work. If you report a spam post, the mods will see all the rest of the spam posts on the page. You don't need to report each and every post in that thread, it makes it a bit harder for the mods to look through reports if we have a page full of them that were just in one thread.

How bout giving Mods the power to Ban?
I mean seriously, there's no good reason why they can't have the power.

We have the power to give out 10 points with 1 infraction. It's kind of like an insta-7 day ban. No permas or IP bans.

IP bans would be nice, but spam attacks have completely stopped.

If only there could be a function which dosent allow you to post 2 times in a row although as far as i know that wont ever happen although it would eliminate the millions of nubs who think they need 20 posts to post animations and they wont be able to spam constantly anymore.
