View Profile I suggest taking out the rating the thread system, personally because its not that great.
Because its not like anyone will check a thread if it has five stars, or not check a thread because it doesn't have any rates yet. Its practically useless unless it somehow adds to the members reputation like the old rep system.

View Profile I don't think it should be removed entirely, but I completely agree with whoever said it should only be in the tutorial and show off subsections.

I would have to agree with that as well.
Because then instead of having it all over the place, it could be where it can be most useful.

View Profile I lol @ secret mods.
Try and remember Amdak.
Amdak was immature and irresponsible, and never should have been a mod in the first place. Everyone knew him as the resident spammer/ban evader/flamer/Amdak. Who in their right mind makes him a secret mod?
If it was done with someone mature and responsible, such as Mr. Pinkus or Exilement, it could work.

View Profile What about me :D
It won't matter if I get tired of it and think about leaving again, cause nobody knows I'm a mod anyways.
Edit:HAY, Amdak is cool.
He has extensive knowledge of BF2 and their expansions due to way too much game-time.

Not me. I just think of him as a random nobody.

View Profile They should know me as EX-mod due to my purple name
My theory on the purple name:
An indirect way of saying I'm better.

View Profile Well, here comes my idea.

To encourage more helping around here we
could introduce a cash system where people could buy help.
You get points based on posts made. And the quality of posts (length).
So someone asking for help could say "I'll give you 100 points if you help".
Then again, this could discourage help.
"Hey I need help"
"100 points"
"I only have 90"
"No help then"
or Exilement, it could work.
I lol'd.

View Profile Help can be easily aided, as long as it's help worth aiding.
Ex:"MY INTERNETZ DOESNT LET ME UPLODE FLAHS.. HALP"
Mods: "...*delete* <_<"

No matter how many times people suggest a cash system, it's going to keep getting redded on here. But I'll edit the first post anyway.

I lol'd.
Why?
I reckon Exilement would be a good Mod.
He's mature and internet-smart, why not?

Anyone who's really worth being a mod will eventually get tired of it and leave.
