No matter. I found the links accompanying that suggestion were mostly vague and compatible with any mod suggestion anyway, so I just changed the suggestion from "Make SoY a mod again" to "Secret mod(s)".

I don't see how the four links you provided for "Give NTF bat cave access" are relevant at all.

I also don't really agree with it, it doesn't seem necessary. Any information that we would need that we can ONLY get from the bat cave would be given to us by Zulu or something.

Yeah, I can see that feature being heavily abused; probably won't ever happen.

I mean like a bump button, like on the side of the first post, after a certain amount of time, or when it is on a certain page, this button can be press and the thread will be bumped.

EDIT: Make the wait time longer, and if they abuse it, give them an infraction without a warning.
