Sounds like a step towards reputation. If that is the case then you should not suggest it, because Zulu will not enable such a system that will split the community and cause people to abuse the mod.

But this reward system will be only be able to given out by admins or mods.

Yeah, well we hardly know all the members here so it will become a contest for who can attract the mods attention thus being rewarded. The community already complains about how the mods aren't on enough so I don't see how giving us a reward system that relies on us taking more time to notice specific members that stand out will be at all as effective as you desire.

Give mods a mod cookie so they stay on longer.

maybe a feature so binned threads dont still stay on the screen after you press "Today's posts"

I've never used the "Today's posts" feature. Technically they are new posts they just are usually a mod moving the thread. I don't think it is possible to differentiate a post from a moving post.

raffistick had an Idea and I think its great,to prevent noob movies take over the the good portal,just make another portal,and with a system like Ng,or just when a movie is higher then 70% it is going to the good flash portal,and there is another portal for noobs or begginers ..where they can post without being checked or gradded,but then we have 1 portal for all the good stuff,if people look at it they only see good movies,and dont have to search for a half day to find some good,(if not check top all) noobs will rate everything high with multiple acc thought,then we should make something with I.P

Hmm... let me see. I think you're suggesting that another portal is added to StickPage. Something where high rated animations get moved to?

That's very difficult to understand.

But I think you're saying something about only let a certain IP vote once on each animation.

This sounds complicated to code. I just think, overall, this would be to tedious to implement. Just voicing my opinion.
