Guys it's quite obvious but I didn't think I'd have to say it: you shouldn't up/downvote songs that aren't in the Top 10 yet. Their time will come when it comes. And I sympathize with you all on Feel Good Inc's over-enthusiasm but it is a legitimate entry and truth be told this was why I limited songs to only 2013 in the beginning; to prevent popular hits such as these.
Still, I will not remove Feel Good Inc until it has either graduated or reach negative levels. Think of this thread as a Top Hits like on the Radio. Eventually, you're going to get sick of Feel Good Inc being on top all the time even though its a pretty damn good song. And eventually it's going to be dethroned by some hip new thang as with anything. And who knows maybe one day the list will suck so much that Feel Good Inc could be the only legit choice. Don't worry though as that is why the graduation mechanic exists; to prevent overly-long reigns. So in the future I advise that if you are somewhat sure that a song is something everyone likes then don't bother nominating it. But you never know...
Anyways, I've tallied the points and have decided to update the Charts now as I will be leaving for a long time soon after and might not find the time for another major update. It's doing well so far and I hope more people get in on this. I've decided to automatically eliminate negative scores as opposed to just the bottom three. That, compiled with the nominate-a-day rule should make this Chart flow alot smoother. I've also decided to note how long something stayed on the Chart and what its highest score was. For statistics' sake. The number on the left will be how many times it's been on the chart. While the number on the right will be its highest score since being in the Chart.

Oh yeah and the points don't stack. Right now, every song is at 0 again in case you're wondering.
I will deeply consider lowering the Graduation limit but for now it is at 10. Proceed.

+3 - Epica - Unchain Utopia - I'm just a sucker for epic Opera Metal. This, alongside Nightwish, Within Temptation, and Tarja. I just love the feel in this song, it feels grand and free.
+2 - Sonata Arctica - Full Moon - I have this on my iPod Nano. Either way, it's a great song to listen to.
+1 - Yesterday - The Beatles - It's a slow song, but it still holds the Beatles magic in it. Kinda relaxing, if I say so myself.
-1 - Bonobo - Flutter - Again, its rhythm is repetitive and it wears out quickly. Although I like the guitar being played like its Santana, but with the rhythm? Eh...

Also I realize that eventually you're going to run out of things to say for a score you'll keep rating again and again. I ask then that you just explain as a whole why you made your 5 ratings for that set.

Last update I can possibly do before I return! I wont be updating in awhile, please bear with me till then.
Would also like to add that the +/-'s are forced. Meaning, you can't plus things and then minus nothing. Nobody's not done this yet save for the early starts but I just wanted to lay it out just to be sure.
I want to allow it, but I think I'll just reduce the Graduation rate from 10 to 5 and see what happens. Now, songs that stay in the list 5 times will graduate on the 6th and at that point it'll just be how many points it manages to accumulate. Let's try that for now.
The reason behind that is it may altogether be removed alongside ALOT of negative songs such as the one now where a whopping 5 songs are eliminated:

3) You can nominate songs once a day.
3.5) You can instead nominate a nominated song to second/third/blah it. It will get priority in the next update. You may not nominate your own songs this way.
4) Negative songs will be eliminated. Songs surviving 5 times will "graduate". Both kinds cannot be re-nominated. This period happens if there are no new votes for 2 days or at my convenience.

+3 Waterflame - Hexagon Force: It has a really nice beat and rhythm. Very energizing, especially when playing a game with this on.
+2 Yesterday - The Beatles: Such a lovely song this is. Listening to it still gives me goosebumps.
+1 Savior - Rise Against: One of my favorite Rise Against songs out there.
-1 SoundOfTheAviators - Red: I almost got into it, but overall, it felt underwhelming, like I was expecting to be a bit more exciting and decent, but the singing sounds a bit like he just got out of bed and still feels groggy.
-2 Rip Slyme - M・I・L・K: I don't know what to say about it. Felt a bit too... Beach Boys-ish. I mean, there's nothing wrong with Beach Boys in general, but I feel that this song is trying to sound cheery and unenthusiastic at the same time.
