As River was choking his gang members neck a quick streak of electricity ran through his body. Everything happening in a big flash River found himself cuffed to wall. His wrists and ankles both restricted to wall he stood on the wall defenseless. Out of nowhere came a white bony clergy. "Young master River, what a pleasure it is to meet you. I am a member of the Fraysan Clergy. We strive for perfection, wouldn't you want to be perfect?" The monster said to River. He then watched as the monster wrote symbols around River's feet. "Fuck you!" River replied almost instinctively.
"I will never in my life turn into any of you fuck!" River screamed. He then started to shake his wrist until he was able to smash the button on his wrist which activated the electric shock.

Mason felt the terrifying presence of the Fallen One in the distance. He climbed as fast as he could to not deal with the beast. "You holding up back there? we've almost made it." He could practically taste the edge of the mountain.

Dante was quiet for an extremely long time as she kept her mind locked on her innocent boisterous sister. Eventually the woman was separated from the group and was thrown into the dark. Thinking for a moment she always loved the dark. Her sister and her would play hide and seek and Dante always chose to hide first, however when she would sit in the play chest for hours for what it seemed like. Waiting, just waiting for her sister to find her, only to find out once she opened the lid, she looked through the kitchen archway to see her beloved little sister with a knife driven between her neck and shoulder, plunged all the way to the handle. For a moment Dante felt something in her heart, yet something in the room shifted, making her go into a full fledged defensive position. The oil spilled around her, and then she saw it all over again. Her sister. Constant images of her precious sister being brutally cut to pieces to be placed into a freezer later on. Dante couldn't hold herself together and finally screamed out her sisters name. Reaching out to the brutal images she dropped hard to her knees like gravity was trying to comfort her. Ripping off her mask she revealed a scar covered face, and a massive amount of blonde hair unfold. Almost breaking to tears, just from simple images she was dropped into a room with Fraysians. Multitudes of them. Quickly jumping to her feet, she breathed hard looking around and ripped out both shoulder knives, until her gaze was frantic looking from each and every monster type. Her pupils were small and extremely focused as the voice spoke to her. "My sister is already dead... How can I even bring her back...." Dante's voice was hoarse from hardly speaking since she was ten years old. Her voice was moderately deep, her dark brown eyes matched her pale skin, with several freckles scattered everywhere. "I will do anything to save Styx."

"I will never in my life turn into any of you fuck!" River screamed. He then started to shake his wrist until he was able to smash the button on his wrist which activated the electric shock.
The electricity surged through the metal behind River, shocking him violently. The surge however traveled further back and shocked something on the other side. A loud roar was heard behind the black steel. Suddenly a massive claw ripped through the wall and wrapped around River's torso.

"Ahhhh, the little coward! A bite sized snack!"
Quote from Marshmallow_dudeMason felt the terrifying presence of the Fallen One in the distance. He climbed as fast as he could to not deal with the beast. "You holding up back there? we've almost made it." He could practically taste the edge of the mountain.
As the duo reached the top of the mountain a horridly quick flap of wings sounded behind them. Mason turned just in time to see the fallen one's bladed arm extend towards his face. When the blade less than a few inches from his eye a sudden and massive burst of sunlight shot across the top of the mountain. The fallen one recoiled but quickly realigned itself in midair and charged forward once again, its ivory skin glowing radiantly in the sunlight. A blast echoed across the mountain top. The Fraysan's head exploded, showering the duo with red and black blood. Turning back Mason squinted directly into the sun, trying to make out the figure of whoever just saved them.
"Ya'lls been needin' some assistance here eh?" questioned a familiar voice.

"You are wise child. Now feel the might of Fraysa flow through your veins." Suddenly a massive syringe was stabbed into Dante's back, penetrating her armor. The needle poked into her spinal cord, releasing a massive flood of infectious oil into her body. Dante gasped and fell to the ground, twitching as blood seeped from her mouth. Her breathing became ragged as she and uneven. Visions of her sister flashed through her mind's eye as she took her last human breath and laid still. But then she took her first inhuman breath.

"Ha..haha..." Sebastian gasped as he rested his chin on Mason's shoulder to stare into the light, "Hey God! You sound a lot like this old man I know, his name's Andy, good old man. He healed me when I needed him. Thanks for listening to my request for sunlight, we really needed it." He squinted but gave up, "You know, he also had a gun that blew things up like that." Sebastian's head slumped over as he fell unconscious, anemia had taken hold of the happy-go-lucky kid.

The pain was something no pill or drug could even attempt to reach making her spew the oil out of her mouth. Arching her back high she realized the vents on her back were ruined, making her helmet useless. Resting, it only took moments for Dante's eyes to open with completely black eyes. Her armor felt lighter than before with the intensified powers. Her breathing was rapid like she was craving something. The images still rattled through her mind making her sit up almost as if she jolted from a resuscitation device. Her eyes looked around the room as oil gurgled from her mouth. Her eyes widened and a wicked smile creased her lips. "This feels amazing..." Her voice was soothing as she stood up to look at the Fraysians, only to keep seeing her sister everywhere. Snickering a few times she cracked practically every bone in her body simultaneously before snickering. "Now how can I help my sister...." Her hypnotically eerie eyes staring at the clergy as the oil like blood seemed to spread more and more through her making her bite her lower lip with this new grown power.

On the back of Iris, Anna was taken away from the mangled body of the creature that, in a way that seemed almost wrong and alien to her after all that had happened, the little girl used to love with all of her heart. But what were they to her now?
She tried to bring back old memories--good ones, where she and her Mom and Dad were all together and happy. She knew they must exist somewhere in her brain, but they were all stuck, like the place of a long-forgotten toy. For the life of her, Anna could not remember any good memories anymore. All that remained were two different scenes, two different moments of absolute terror and hopelessness, in which her supposedly loving parents each tried to brutally end her life.
What was she supposed to do? Was she supposed to be sad now? Should she cry or mourn the loss of two monsters? Because that's all that they were now. No matter how hard Anna tried, she could not feel the smallest twinge of sadness for what she had lost.
To be honest, she wasn't feeling much about anything anymore.
"We need to get out of here." Nikolai was saying, and as he spoke Anna felt like those blocked emotions were trying to feel something, but simply could not. She wondered if she should get down and give her partner the biggest hug she could, but failed to reason why such a thing would be necessary. "I don't know what kind of danger might still be in this room, and..." The mercenary lowered his voice, hoping that Anna couldn't hear her. "I don't know if Anna is ready to fight for her life again just yet." He looked back carefully at the little girl, and was not relieved by how she was completely oblivious to what he was saying.
"Don't worry about leaving the maze." Anna spoke up. "I remember all the turns I took and all the halls I ran through. Follow where I point to, and I will lead us to the direction I came from." She was silent for a moment more, before a thought entered her head. "General Li trained me well." She giggled. "I used to be the sorriest girl he'd ever met, but he made a man out of me." The giggles intensified, and she found the prospect of it all simply hilarious. The moment where she decided to crush her parents, the last moment of her time as a weakling, flashed through her head again and again as her giggling grew and grew. "He made a man out of me. He made a man out of me. He made a man out of me."

Quote from Turquoise#2Turquoise grinned. 'You're not my uncle.' He jammed the sword further in.'He wasn't alive when I earned my nickname.'Further.
'I told you before, and I'll tell you again.'The sword was halfway in and came out through the back.'Don't mess with me.'
Turq's vision distorted as the world around him began to dissolve. The last thing he saw was his uncle's smiling face melt into that of a skeleton. Suddenly his eyes flew open. He was strapped down on an operating table of sorts with a massive syringe attached to a huge vat of oil suspended above him by some large machine. Augors scurried about him, typing on computers and mixing chemicals. Turq tried to move his head but realized that it was in some sort of clamp, as were all his limbs.

I could heal you and yer friend here, but you'll have to survive on this godfersaken place fer another day. Or I could use me power to send yaz back home, but even I dunt know where yaz will wind up."

As the Behemoth wrapped its claws around River. River struggled to escape the behemoths grasp but his attempts were useless. "Ahhhh, the little coward! A bite sized snack!" The behemoth snarked. River then breathlessly launched an electric into the behemoths eye. Not through he then started to release a his whole arsenal of of glass into the beasts face.

Mason listened to Andy and his crotchety sounding voice. He fought with the two ideas, but when he caught a glimpse of how bad Sebastian was his decision was made. "I guess we're gonna have to stay. If you could patch him up that'd be great, Im sure we could last a day longer, that's not much... right?" He asked, mostly to himself.

the glass bounced uselessly off the beast's leathery hide, but the electricity hit him directly in the eye. As he roared he flung River backwards, away from himself. He grasped at his eye in pain and shouted at the youngster.
"YOU WILL REGRET THIS! I WILL RIP YOU LIMB FROM LIMB YOU INGRATE. DO YOU NOT THINK I CA-"
Suddenly a large blast of electricity emanated from the hole in the wall in which River was torn from, blasting the behemoth off of its feet and clean over River, into the side of the crater.
"You dare interrupt the holy ceremony of infection? I will have you hung you mindless loaf."
Andy smiled warmly at the two. His healing powers glowed bright green and rejuvinated both of the warriors.
His eyes began flashing every color of the rainbow again.
"Good luck you two."
and with that Andy had left once more.

'Aw shit, not this again!' screamed Turquoise as he was met by an all too familiar situation. He tried to look around but the clamp held his head tightly. He darted his eyes around to see as much as he could. He saw the giant syringe hanging above him. He needed to do something. He sent a surge of electricity through his metal arm, and though it shocked him, he thought it might have an effect on the machinery. It was a long shot, but Turquoise had to try anything.

Struggling to send the electricity, Turq wondered why no surge of power was felt. Straining his vision with all his might he still couldn't see his arm to judge the problem. Suddenly the head clamp lifted. Turq looked over at his arm and nearly screamed as he realized his metallic limb had been amputated.

Sebastian's eyes snapped open and he leaped up. He looked at his legs and patted his body. He was fine, he was alive! His lips broke into a large toothy smile and opened to release a hearty laugh, "HAHAHA! I'm alive!" He shot into the air and flew around before landing again. He grabbed Mason into a large hug, "Thank you man, without you I would've definitely died out in this godforsaken place." He looked around, "Where's Andy?"
"Said we have to stay here for one more day." Mason answered simply, "Used all his juice to heal us."
Sebastian's smile turned into a frown as he contemplated the situation, "A whole day? I barely survived a night! Why couldn't he just take us with him? Oh fuck... but one day... there's nothing to worry about in the day time, the fraysans don't come out in the day time. It's night time we have to worry about. Staying on this mountain will do us a lot of good, it'll be easier to guard and we'll only have to really worry about flying enemies, like those Fallen Ones."
Sebastian pulled out the pistol he had put in his vest, "Here Mason, you're going to need this. Now wait here while I go get my lance." The perch it was embedded in wasn't that far away and Sebastian jogged over and yanked it out. He returned back to Mason and walked past him. He sat down on the ledge of the mountain and looked out at the depleted lands. "Look at this Mason, everything's dead and ruined. No wonder the Fraysans left, they're just finding a new home. But even though I feel for them, I can't let them have Earth, we won't let them right?" He turned back and smiled at Mason, "We're a team now Mason, let's survive until tomorrow and go back to Earth to help our friends!"
Resolved, Sebastian pulled out his harmonica and began playing, softly so it echoed only on top of the mountain, none of the sweet notes fell to the lands below.

'No.' Turquoise looked at where his arm should've been in horror. He put his head back and felt like he had lost a part of himself. Well, he did, but a part of him was missing.
