This issue has already been resolved, but I just wanna say that most of the forums I've been on deal with the law this way. You just don't joke about that kind of stuff. What would you gain from it besides juvenile humor?

Don't ban the most mature 12 year old on the forums! He's even more mature than most of the people in this section!
