Nobody's ever done it before. So what makes him the uncreative one?

Hm... i dont get it, what exactly you mean "in an attempt to cheat Ahmed's opponent out of assumed quality over quantity"?
Also, even if Metal rushed through it, he fairly won the voting vs Ahmed, who had the same long time for his animation.
Somehow i feel like i missed a real important point for this :/

You kinda did, the point is that Ahmed was telling him to rush again and again so that metal would be forced to finish his animation 'early', omitting any detail since he couldn't add it in time.

If ASM would've just waited (and worked on his animation more) then things would turn out differently.

hm, honestly i didnt follow this thread at all so i just keep asking: didnt they set a due date before they started animating?
Or did they have a due date, ASM wanted Metal to finish his animation before the due date and metal did so?

Just to clarify, ASM has been infracted for his behavior, but that's a completely separate matter.

This battle is in this section not because metal was forced to rush it and ASM bullied him into it, but because both metal and ASM submitted a rushed work period. Can you imagine working on something that barely lasts and feels like a full battle, and expect to receive the same amount of recognition and cnc as if you submitted a full-fledged work? metal and ASM didn't deserve any points because this battle was too pointless
