both were very short so duration had no effect on my vote but mimic had better effects but thats fine because you will get better notthebest

Mimic - Smoother, good fights || Easy on the V-Cam there, kinda disorienting
Notthebest - Background, SFX, Story || Not-the-best, choppy, stop-n-go

Did you over-animate? You probably animated more than you could handle, and this is what happened. Don't worry, I've done it a lot.
You should stick to the animating style you're familiar with. Well, it's ultimately your choice because this could be good as well when practiced.

and at grey yes its good to critizise SOMETIMES...... but just cuz it help people improve it doesnt mean that u must always be negative...... find more positive things to say bout people anims

It doesn't help notthebest that his RHG is giving head to his dead opponents.

I can't decide whether on not I like the tilts of Mimic's vcam, though. It's pretty sweet looking, but then it borders to looking too obtrusive and takes away from the animation itself.

The difference is very obvious and makes me think Mimic challenged notthebest for an easy win, in all honesty.
