The major thing that bothers me is that you've added details to the face where there doesn't need to be, mainly the lips. You can get away with only drawing the lines for the top and bottom parts of feminine lips, like this.

That's a way you can do it but you don't have to draw it like that. If you want to go over the lips in detail, make sure they're not so thin and long. Lips are generally larger and thicker. Try to avoid making them so jagged at their edges, it makes them seem unnatural. Also the eyes caught my attention. I don't know if she was wearing some sort of cat's eyes contacts or anything but the pupil shouldn't be in such as shape, they're usually a nice simple circle.
Main thing I can tell you to do is keep practicing and try to experiment with what sort of style you want to do. And don't be afraid to look up how other artists would shape and define a body part, it can be a big help.
